NASX 276 FEDERAL INDIAN LAW AND POLICY 3 CREDITS
While designed for NAS majors, business and other students would benefit from understanding the legal relationship between Indian tribes and the Federal Government. Students will learn about the specialized field of Federal Indian Law and the ever-changing policies of the United States regarding Indian affairs. Learning methods include lecture, writing chapter comprehension papers, research activities, multi-media presentations and class discussions.
